Garlic mushrooms is one of the very famous menu item served in Spanish Tapas restaurants. Its really simple to make & delicious. Not much ingredients needed. It is also a nice tea time snack since can be made in a jiffy. Lets start cooking.

Ingredients:
- Butter 2 tbsp.
- Button Mushrooms 250 gms sliced
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 2 big cloves chopped finely
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Italian herbs like dried oregano, dried basil etc. - Optional
- Heat a non stick pan. Add butter to it.
- Add finely chopped garlic cloves. Sauté for 40 seconds.
- Add sliced mushrooms. Stir.
- Add salt to taste & chili flakes. Stir.
- Cook on medium - high flame for 4 to minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
- Add Italian herbs for extra taste. Its optional.
- Serve hot immediately !!
- Use oil - butter combo or just oil instead of butter.
