Cucumber Raita


             Cucumber Raita is a great accompaniment to have with some spicy food. You can also enjoy it in summers. It will help to cool down your body temperature.





Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 2 cucumbers grated
  • 1 cup curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - Optional
  • Dried Mint leaves
Method:
  • Beat the curd till smooth with the help of a spoon for just a minute or so.
  • Check the taste of the curd. If its sour, add just 1 tsp of salt to cut down its sourness. You don't want to make the curd sweet. So add sugar accordingly.
  • Add grated cucumber, salt to taste & dried mint leaves.
  • Serve chilled !!
