Cucumber Raita is a great accompaniment to have with some spicy food. You can also enjoy it in summers. It will help to cool down your body temperature.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers grated
- 1 cup curd
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - Optional
- Dried Mint leaves
- Beat the curd till smooth with the help of a spoon for just a minute or so.
- Check the taste of the curd. If its sour, add just 1 tsp of salt to cut down its sourness. You don't want to make the curd sweet. So add sugar accordingly.
- Add grated cucumber, salt to taste & dried mint leaves.
- Serve chilled !!
