Chicken Kheema Kebab (Minced Chicken Kebab)


                 Today I am sharing with you Chicken Kheema Kebab. It is made using minced Chicken. Its very simple yet delicious recipe.







Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes



Ingredients:
  • Minced Chicken 200gms
  • 1 Big onion finely chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
  • 2 green Chilies finely chopped
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, take all the above ingredients except oil. Mix.
  • Take small portions from the mixture, make a cylindrical shape & flatten it a bit to reduce its thickness. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture.
  • Shallow fry them in little oil on a hot tawa till cooked from both sides.
  • Serve hot with chutney of your choice & salad !!

Tips:
  • After mixing all the ingredients, immediately make tikkis & shallow fry them or else it will release moisture & it will be difficult to form tikkis.
  • You can form any shape of your choice of the mixture but just don't make it too thick or else it will not be cooked properly.
