Today I am sharing with you Chicken Kheema Kebab. It is made using minced Chicken. Its very simple yet delicious recipe.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Minced Chicken 200gms
- 1 Big onion finely chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
- 2 green Chilies finely chopped
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- 1 Egg
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- In a mixing bowl, take all the above ingredients except oil. Mix.
- Take small portions from the mixture, make a cylindrical shape & flatten it a bit to reduce its thickness. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture.
- Shallow fry them in little oil on a hot tawa till cooked from both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice & salad !!
Tips:
- After mixing all the ingredients, immediately make tikkis & shallow fry them or else it will release moisture & it will be difficult to form tikkis.
- You can form any shape of your choice of the mixture but just don't make it too thick or else it will not be cooked properly.
