What better to have in winter days than soup ?? Its very healthy. Lets see how it is made.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 green chilies
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Keep water in a vessel for boiling
- Wash the spinach leaves & add them to the boiling water
- Add a small onion, ginger, bay leaf, green chili to it.
- Boil oh high heat for 2-3 minutes. Don't let the color of the spinach leaves get dark.
- Drain the water. Now grind the remaining in a mixer pot. Add the drained water if needed.
- Heat a wok.
- Add the grinded spinach mixture in the wok. Add salt to taste.
- Add water to it according to the consistency of the soup you desire.
- Serve it hot.
