This was the dish I used to order the moment I get into restaurant without checking the menu. I would like to share the recipe with you all. Its very quick because you need not chop onion tomatoes for this recipe finely. So can be made in a jiffy. Do try it out. Its quick yet super tasty.

Ingredients
- 250 gms paneer (cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 big Onion chopped roughly
- 1 big Tomato chopped roughly
- Whole Spices: 1 Bay Leaf, 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 3 Cloves & 2 Cardamon
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Cream or Malai
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp ghee or butter
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp Ghee/butter in a heavy saucepan. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 cardamon. Fry till onions are golden brown
- Then add the dry masala (red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, kasoori methi)
- Then add chopped tomatoes, fry till tomatoes turn soft. Remove from gas. After the mixture is cooled make a smooth paste in the blender.
- Remove the paste from blender into a pan. Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add cubes of paneer, 2 tbsp cream & coriander leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve Hot with tandoori roti or naan or chapati.
