Scrambled Eggs

          
                 Scrambled Eggs is a very healthy & quick breakfast !!! & it is sooo filling... You need not worry about late lunch ;)

                 Below is the recipe for it.





Preparation Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 2 to 3 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs & salt to taste for few seconds until the egg yolk & eggs whites are well combined.
  • Heat a non stick pan. Add oil in the pan.
  • Add the egg mixture into the pan. Let the mixture sit in the pan for some 10 seconds.
  • With a spatula just keep stirring the mixture - Lifting the mixture from the bottom of the pan & folding it over. Repeat it till you see some soft small pieces of the eggs.
  • Remove it in a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle black pepper over the scrambled eggs for taste.
  • Scrambled Eggs are ready !! Enjoy this healthy breakfast with a cup of coffee. :) :)
Tips:
  • Don't add too much oil.
  • Don't overcook the scrambled eggs. They might turn hard. The should be soft.
