Scrambled Eggs is a very healthy & quick breakfast !!! & it is sooo filling... You need not worry about late lunch ;)
Below is the recipe for it.
Preparation Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 2 to 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs & salt to taste for few seconds until the egg yolk & eggs whites are well combined.
- Heat a non stick pan. Add oil in the pan.
- Add the egg mixture into the pan. Let the mixture sit in the pan for some 10 seconds.
- With a spatula just keep stirring the mixture - Lifting the mixture from the bottom of the pan & folding it over. Repeat it till you see some soft small pieces of the eggs.
- Remove it in a serving plate.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the scrambled eggs for taste.
- Scrambled Eggs are ready !! Enjoy this healthy breakfast with a cup of coffee. :) :)
- Don't add too much oil.
- Don't overcook the scrambled eggs. They might turn hard. The should be soft.
