Sabudana Wada


                 Sabudana Wada is generally eaten by a person when he observes a "fast" for a religious function. It can be eaten as a snack as well. Here is the recipe.




Ingredients:
  • Tapioca 2 cups
  • Potatoes 2  large Boiled, peeled & chopped into small pieces.
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Black Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Fried peanuts powder 1 cup
Method:
  • Wash & Soak tapioca in lot of water for around 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, drain all the water from the tapioca.
  • Mix tapioca with black salt to taste, peanuts powder, chopped boiled potatoes, cumin seeds, finely chopped coriander leaves & finely chopped green chilies. Mix well.
  • Make small balls from the dough & deep fry them till golden.
  • Serve hot with potato raita !!
