Fruit cream is a very simple dessert !! At the same time, it is very healthy since it is full of various fruits. It is also perfect for any party dessert. Just make it ahead of time. You can also have it for your fasts (upwas).
Below is my recipe for fruit cream.
Ingredients:
- Fruits of your choice like apple, mango, banana, grapes, pear, strawberry, etc
- Sugar to taste
- Fresh cream
- Cashewnuts
- Take fresh cream in a bowl.
- Chop any fruits of your choice in small pieces. Add these chopped fruits to the bowl of cream. Mix.
- Also add cashewnuts to it.
- Add sugar to taste depending on the sweetness of the fruits. Stir well.
- Now cover it & chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled !!
- If adding banana to the fruit cream, add just while serving, otherwise it goes black & is not that appealing.
- You can also add icecream with the fruit cream if desired !!
- Do refrigerate for 1 hour atleast so that the flavors get enhanced.
