Royal Rabdi !! (Gulkand Flavored)


             Here I am with my one more experiment with Gulkand flavor !!! :D :D This time I have combined it with everyone's favorite RABDI !!! Truly Delicious... Isn't it ???

             Just give it a try !!! Below is the recipe for it !!!




Ingredients:
  • 1 liter milk (Full Fat)
  • Condensed Milk (2 tbsp.)
  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Gulkand 1 tbsp.
  • Rose Syrup 1 tbsp.
  • Dry Fruits (Almonds, Cashewnuts, Pista) - Chopped for Garnishing



Method:
  • Heat 1 liter milk till it is reduced to less than 1/3rd of its original quantity.
  • Add to it - condensed milk, gulkand, rose syrup, half of the dry fruits & cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Heat it for few more minutes till you are satisfied with its consistency.
  • Chill it for 4 hours.
  • Garnish it with the remaining dry fruits.
  • Serve chilled !!
Tips:
  • You can add any other flavor of your choice to the Rabdi.
  • If you don't have condensed milk, skip it & add sugar to taste.
  • You can definitely change the measurements of the ingredients to suit your taste.
